Our products are from semi-automatic to automatic whose rolling speed improved from slow to high because of the annual production can be to 300 . LD180 Five-Roller Cold Pilger Mill 1. The main conveying system is with V belt which can make sure equal force , creditable and stable function .  2. There are airbag type clutch and hydraulic brake between belt pulley and driving shaft which can brake quickly and stop exactly during the urgency . 3. The precision of steel pipe is high enough to be manufactured thin-wall pipe with five-roller . 4. The rolling mill adopts edge feeding way removing the 脱芯棒 comparing to the side feeding . The exact location of mandrel on the deformation zone and short rolling line not only  suit for rolling long tube billet but also improve the roller’s efficiency . 5. Electric-control feeding and discharging way improve the working efficiency . 6. It is easy to change and maintain the roller .  7.Twin-wire feeding way realize the stable feeding.  8. To tighten with hydraulic mandrel lowers the labor strength . 9. The mechanical CAM type rotary feeding way is stable and reliable .
LD40 Series Three-Roller Cold Pilger Mill 1. The main conveying system is with V belt which can make sure equal force , creditable and stable function .  2. The precision of steel pipe is high enough to be manufactured thin-wall pipe with three-roller .  3. The rolling mill adopts edge feeding way removing the mandrel comparing to the side feeding . The exact location of mandrel on the deformation zone and short rolling line not only  suit for rolling long tube billet but also improve the roller’s efficiency . 4. It is convenient to change and maintain the roller.  5. Monofilament thread rod feeding way is stable and which is assisted by the top tray rotation .  6. The Mairtai type rotary feeding way is precise , stable and reliable .
LG80 Two-Roller Cold Pilger Mill The features of LG80 two-roller cold pilger mill :  1.The main conveying system is with V belt which can make sure equal force , creditable and stable function .  2.There are airbag type clutch and hydraulic brake between belt pulley and driving shaft which can brake quickly and stop exactly during the urgency .  3.The adoption of ring groove roller is to realize long term rolling . Big rotation angle of roller , longer ring type working stage and increased length of deformation zone lead to the uniformity of metal deformation during the rolling . At the same time , it can increase feeding volume and improve the quality of the final processed pipe .  4.The rolling mill adopts edge feeding way removing the mandrel comparing to the side feeding . The exact location of mandrel on the deformation zone and short rolling line not only suit for rolling long tube billet but also improve the roller’s efficiency .  5.Electric-control feeding and discharging way improve the working efficiency .  6.It is easier to replace the roller and more convenient to maintain based on the open rack .  7.Twin-wire feeding way realize the stable feeding.  8.To tighten with hydraulic mandrel lowers the labor strength .  9.The mechanical CAM type rotary feeding way is stable and reliable.
