Basic technology

The main part is heating jacket and scraper, The steam will pass through the heating jacket, the scraper revolve on its axle. By the effect of gravity, centrifugal force, and scraper, the fluid flow along the tube, whilst having evaporated and concentrated, afterward discharge from the bottom. The secondary vapor will get out from the top.

1. The evaporation processing is short for feeding material stay in the heater tube, it takes only about 10 seconds evaporation processing, no scaling and coking risk.
