Short Description

The electormagnetic separator for slurry with higher magnetic field, the magnetic field distribution is uniform, the gradient is high, the effect of removing iron is obvious which separator effect can reach 97%; the cooling system adopts forced water cooling, good circulation, which can make the temperature drop by about 20°C and prolongs the service life of the magnetic wire. The brake valve adopts imported material, the valve body is strong and durable, there is not any residual slurry overflow after closing. Choosing vibration and high pressure water pump flushing to clean the iron without any residue. The magnetic medium net sheet is made of special material depend on different slurry, after the excitation coil power is cut off, there is without remanence after the excitation coil power is cut off , which will help to remove iron easily by automatic operation.
