Product Introduction

BR series whole set plate type beet sterilizer unit is specially designed for instant pasteurization for beer enterprises, which is an ideal equipment to attain the purposes of maintaining freshness and quality through sterilization and cooling and is the necessary equipment for aseptic canning line.

The equipment can be carried out systemic combination design to realize the best technological effect according to heating, sterilization, heat preservation and cooling etc. different technology requirements.

The series plate type sterilizer unit adopts high precision digital control adjustment, automatic control and safety protective measures with the temperature control teaching about ±0.1℃.It can also be used with CIP system to carry out automatic cleaning for the equipment. Due to the heat recovery section designed in the equipment, the heat recovery can reach 90℃,which can greatly reduce energy consumption. It is a kind of energy saving device deeply favored by users.
