Catalytic Converter Decanner
Application
The DeCanning of catalytic converters, containing ceramic honeycomb bricks, implies opening the converter in order to separate the ceramic brick from the steel can.
This operation is done by hydraulic shear. Alternative processes include a plasma cutter for big catalytic converter and DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter).
Whatever the process used, make sure to pay proper attention to dust collection and safety.

Vertical non-metal Baler machine
Jiangyin Metallurgy vertical non-metal baler is one of the most versatile baler in our baling press machine collection. Configured with top protection level of electrical components and coating, it is capable of processing soft waste including cardboard, paper, cans, bottles, rags, film and soft packaging,etc. With press force range from 10 tons to 20 tons, and bale size up to 800*600*800mm, bales produced by these vertical balers can weight from 20kg-100kg each. The compaction ratio of our vertical baler can reach up to 12:1, compared to large baling press machines, Ecohydraulic vertical non-metal baler produces much smaller bales than traditional bales and it is easier for storage and transportation. Baling Press YDT-400 Car Baler
Jiangyin Metallurgy Hydraulic baling presses are applied in steel mills, recycling plants, ferrous and non-ferrous smelting industries to press scrap metal (steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, discarded automobiles, etc.) into acceptable furnace charges in shapes of cuboids, cylinders and octagons.
There are cutting blades on all three sides of the loading box so that oversized sheets and sections can be handled with ease. The metal recycling baler is built for speed, with hard wear plates in the bale box, a return-line filter which reduces wear and tear on hydraulic components.
