The rock wool edge milling device: milling the rock wool edge to a section which can achieve the requirements of overlap joint. The two sides of the rockwool is milled by the shaping milling blade. We adopt five work station milling to ensure the quality, and it’s also convenient for different joint edge shapes. The milling cutter is installed on the cutter spindle, which is driven by motor. The milling direction is opposite with the conveying of rock wool. The position of milling cutters is set according to the size of the formed steel plate. Auto stacker is a device used for finishing stacking single panels. Weihua has the auto stacker of manipulator turning-over type. It can avoid surface damage of panels from the conventional chuck type stackers. Auto stacker is one of the most important equipments for producing the high quality sandwich panels. The stacker is composed by high speed moving roller path; high speed conveying stopping device, roof panel turning over device, horizontal pushing stacker and conveying rollers. Roof panel turning over device can turn the panels over 180° to save the space, so that can improve the stacker efficiency. The panels after stacking will be conveyed to the packer. The characteristics of stacker: the equipment adopts pushing type and manipulator turning-over type. First, it can avoid damages from conventional chuck stacker onto the panel surface when making PU (mineral) sandwich panels with thickness of 100mm. Second, it avoids the corrugated panels flow down if the conventional chuck stacker is air leaking. The stacker of the production line adopts motor-driven disc rotated device, and is safe and reliable. The lifting roller path, clamping device and turn-over roller path can keep the state of the work piece and self-locking when the electricity and air source are cut off. This is easily to regain electricity and air or handle manually in a safe and reliable way. The stacker over-turning can change the speed smoothly through by adjusting the transducer. When moving to the preset position, it brake quickly and positioning correct. The turn-over roller path and the pushing device are smooth and reliable, and the panels are neatly stacked.

Soft and hard layer horizontal cutting device is used for cutting the large size panel from the production line into finished product,Usually the panel from production line is 1200*2400mm,and after this equipment then one-time to be cutting into 1200*600mm finished product.This equipment has high efficient,simple construction and easy operation. Soft and hard layer horizontal straddle cutting device firstly transfer the panel into cutting assembly,then the tip cylinder block lift to ward off the panel,make the panel vertical orientation;Side cylinder block stretch out to push the panel to fixed side baffles and clamp,make the panel horizontal orientation’Four power head fall down at the same time,compress roller compress panel,power head drive the disk saw to cut the panel from the origin point,after cutting,power head lift to original position and wait for next work cycle.

After the stacked panels go into the wrapping machine through the transmission rollers, cover the thin film on the composite boards. According to the principle of expansion and contraction, the wrapping machine heats the thin film to frap the panels entirely. This process is called thermoplastic film wrapping.

The glue spray system: spray the glue evenly on the up and down steel plate through spray nozzle by reciprocating drive system. Rock wool glue spray system adopts the gantry rack construction, which can adjust on axial and lateral direction. The upper and down spray nozzle is controlled by servo motor and IPC through synchronous belt, so we can adjust the spray position online. The spray speed is 80m/min. Each upper and down spray nozzle is controlled by two sets of servo IPC system, which consist of two sets of synchronous belt and linear guideway parts. The whole system is a ridge construction, which can make sure that the spray-head avoid vibration and spray evenly. All flexible pipes connected with spray-head are protected by support drag chain. This device can control the spray width, position, speed online, all this is controlled by computer graphic, which is easy operation, and all the plate figures can be stored for next production. The whole spray frame can move up and down, front and back, left and right, which also has self-locking function.
