Virgin peek resin(DOPEEK) PEEK has high heat resistance as a thermo elastic resin with continuous use temperature of 260°C. Carbon fiber or glass fiber filled grades show HDT of 300°C or more. PEEK is actually used as wafer carriers in semiconductor fields and seal rings of automotive automatic mission where heat resistance and wear resistance are highly requested. Chemical resistance of PEEK is next to fluoro polymers, furthermore, it is more ductile than fluoro polymers so that PEEK is used as production parts of hard disk manufacturing. It is also used as housing water supply parts thanks to its water-proof property.
Acetal [Natural(White)/Black] Polyacetal, also called polyoxymethylene (POM) - is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic with high mechanical strength and rigidity. The polymer has good sliding characteristics and resistance to wear, as well as low moisture absorption. The good dimensional stability and particularly good fatigue strength as well as excellent machining ability make POM a highly versatile engineering material, even for complex components. PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS • high strength, rigidity and hardness • good impact strength, even at low temperatures • low moisture absorption (at saturation 0.8%) • good creep resistance • high dimensional stability • resistant to hydrolysis (up to ~60 °C) • good dimensional accuracy • wear resistant • very good resilience/recovery elasticity
