It is a simple structure consisting of an impeller being driven horizontally by a motor. The bearings are separated from water and material to illuminate damage by contact with wet product.
This machine is used in quarries to clean sand and has many advantages when compared to the traditional spiral sand washer machine since there is little loss of medium sized sand or stone powder.
This sand washer is able to produce internationally accepted sand and fine product used in the construction industry. It can also be used to wash cobble and broken stones for construction. There are no other wearing parts except for the impeller blade and bearings. It has long service life and is easy to maintain.
