5.Application:

Heat-engine plant:Nest medium-speed coal mill cylinder liner, the fan impeller shell, dust collector inlet flue, ash catheter, dou turbine lining board, separator connecting pipe, coal crusher lining plate, coal bucket and crusher plate, burner burner, coal bucket and funnel liner, air preheater stents tile, separator guide vane.The above parts have no high hardness and wear resistance of wear resistant steel plate, can use thickness 6-10mm of series of 360 and 400.
Coal yard:Feeding tank lining and funnel, hopper liner, fan blades, pusher plate, cyclone dust collector, coke guide plate, ball mill liner, a bit stabilizer, spiral feeder bell and pedestal, bucket lined with kneading machine, ring feeder, skip the backplane.Coal yard with bad working condition, require good corrosion resistance and wear resistance of wear resistant steel plate, suggest series 400 and 450 , thickness 8-26mm.
Cerment mill:Chute liner, end bushing, cyclone dust collector, classifier vane and guide vane, fan blade and lining, recycle pipe lining, screw conveyor backplane, piping components, clinker cooling plate lining, conveyor trough plate.These parts require good wear resistance corrosion resistance, suggest 360 and 400 series with thickness 8-30mm.
Loading equipment:Discharge mill roller chain plate, hopper liner, grab the blade plate, automatic skip skip plate, dump truck body.These parts require high wear resistance and hardness of wear resistant steel plate, suggest NM360, NM400 and HARDOX400, thickness from 8 to 30mm.
Mining machinery:Ore material, stone crusher plate, blade, conveyor plate and baffle.These parts need high wear resistance, suggest NM450, NM500, HARDOX450, HARDOX500,thickness 10-30mm.
Building machinery:Cement pusher tooth plate, concrete mixing floor, mixer lining board, filter plate, the brick mould plate.Suggest NM360,NM400, thcikness 10-30mm.
Engineering machinery:Loader, bulldozer, excavator, shovel board, side blade plate, bucket bottom, razor blades, rotating drill pipe.These machine needs very high hardness and wear resistance of wear resistant steel plate, suggest NM500, HARDOX500, HARDOX550 and HARDOX600, thickness 20-60mm.
Metallurgical machinery:Iron ore sintering machine, the transmission Angle, the iron ore sintering machine lining board, scraping machine lining board.Because these machine needs high temperature and hardness of wear resistant steel plate, suggest HARDOX600 and HARDOXHiTuf.
Wear resistant steel plate also can be used in sanding machine barrel, blades, all sorts of goods yard, port machinery parts, bearing parts, railway wheel structure, roll,etc.
