1. Rack:

The four cylinders are more stable than the two cylinders: processing, installation and transportation are more convenient, safe and reliable.

2. Stiffness of sliding block workbench:
The working table and vertical plate of the four-cylinder structure have four pressure points and supporting points of the oil cylinder. The distance (span) of the pressure point (the supporting point) is shorter and the deflection deformation is very small.After adjustment of machine tool, no matter in the pressure condition of any tonnage, it is not necessary to adjust the compensation amount.The span of two cylinder structure sliding block and workbench use point (supporting point) has a large span and the deflection deformation is large, so it needs to be compensated for by artificial (or numerical control).

The four cylinder is more convenient, simple and suitable for the operation of the two cylinder structure system.

3. Horizontal stiffness of sliding block and workbench:
The sliding block of the four-cylinder structure is supported by four sliding guide rails, and the sliding block is better than that of the vertical plane of the die, and it will not be distorted by the horizontal component of the bending piece.The horizontal straightness of work bending is higher.

4. Foundation:
Since the four-cylinder structure has four walls, the weight of the whole machine is assumed by four wallboards, so the basic requirements for the ground endurance and the base thickness are lower than those of two cylinders.The basic depth of four cylinders is less than 1/3 of the structure of the two cylinders.

5. Venue:

6. Maintenance:
