Solubility and UV resistance:
• Relative resistance: from medium to low
• UV resistant: medium
•
Relatively high temperature:
• Operating range:
• Long term (days, weeks) 70°C
• Short term (minutes, hours) 150°C
•
Shelf life:
• Two years after the date of manufacture, the product should be stored at 22 °C, 50% relative humidity.
•
Packaging: The processed tape needs to be packed in a plastic bag with good sealing properties.
•
Other notes:
• In order to enhance the adhesion of the tape, the surface of the object to be bonded needs to be dry and clean, and it is usually wiped with isopropanol or heptane.
•
Note: When using solvents, please refer to the instructions and precautions provided by the solvent supplier.
• The best condition for the adherend to be bonded is at room temperature or slightly higher, and the surface temperature of the adherend is lower than 10 °C, which makes the glue hard and does not maximize fully bonding the surface of the material. The initial adhesion of the product can be improved by applying pressure.
It can be used in the fitting of household electrical products, such as paste refrigerator evaporator and panel, nameplate, etc. It can withstand high temperatures, has excellent weather resistance and is extremely viscous.
