The X-ray inspection for tire cord is to detect the impurities( metal, stones etc.) contained after the tire cord is stitched, and also the abnormal spacing between steel wire and the bladder. The disqualified area will be recorded and marked.
It can be used to replace metal detector with low mis-detection rate.
