Our slide unit is manufactured conforming to the standardized design. It is composed of outer race, steel balls, cage, retaining ring, iron piece, etc. The cage keeps steel balls within the circuit, and the retaining ring fixes the retainer into the outer race. In addition, the iron piece is capable of fixing the bearing into the aluminum slider. Due to the surface treatment of sandblasting and common oxidation, the product achieves good weather resistance and long service life.
The slide unit mainly uses aluminum and bearing steel as raw material, ensuring strong rust-proof and acid-resistant performance.
