Products Features
1.Evaporator: Dx type evaporator, refrigerant running insde heat excahnger pipes. Water side design pressure 10bar; refrigerant side design pressure 25bar. Evaporator outside packed with 10mm insulation material, prevent heat transfer with outdoor air and reduce energy consumption.
2.Liquid loop control valve: using imported valve, can highly reduce the refrigerant gas loop resistance:meantime when filters is stuck, it is easy to exchange filter core and clean filter boday.
3.Dry type filter: adopt welding tangle-type filter, tis core is imported molecular sieve, can filtrate water, acid and easy to replace.
4.Expansion valve: using imporred expansion valve, its purpose is to adjust refrigeration flow into evaporator according to evaporate temperature, and maintain a certain pressure so as to ensure the evaporating efficiency.
5.High strength structure coated with anti-corrosion paint: whole unit structure is made of high strength steel channel and appearance coated with anti-salt, fog corrosion navy paint. All to ensure the unit to be high strength, excellent vibration control performance and perfectly anti-corrosion and moisture proof.

Q: How to choose air cooled system or water cooled system? Air cooled is better or water cooled is better?

A: In terms of installation simplicity, the air cooled system is more convenient than the water-cooled system and does not need to connect cooling towers. The water cooled system needs to be connected to the cooling tower then it can run. In terms of energy efficiency, the water cooled system has higher energy efficiency than the air cooled system. Specifically, according to your environment and situation, engineers will design an optimization plan for you.

Q: What is the outlet temperature of your chiller?

A: -55 to 15 centigrade.

Q: What’s payment terms?

A: 50% as deposit, 50% before delivery by T/T, Western Union and Paypal is our regular payment terms. D/P, L/C need to have a discussion.
