Slide shaft undergoes the process of hardening, grinding and polishing, thus ensuring high precision of the product. When used together with the linear motion bearing, it should be carefully processed with appropriate straightness, roughness, cylindricity, surface finish and hardness. Hence, our slide shaft can maintain high performance under any operating conditions. In addition, it will satisfactorily support rotary, linear, and even complex linear-rotary motion applications.

The linear shaft adopts high carbon chromium steel as the raw material. After multiple steps of processing, the product enjoys high hardness. The surface-hardened layer is equivalent to a protective layer, achieving a thickness of up to 2.5mm. The shaft surface features high smoothness, good touch, and small friction coefficient. In addition, the product is very straight with high dimensional accuracy. For example, the size error of a 300mm long shaft is not more than 50μm.
