Description
Myande fermentation engineering process include: pretreat the raw material first , then mixing the raw material with microbial to inoculate, automatic continuous distribution,later section is controlled fermentation, the last section is automatic dischaging and drying . We process the raw material through  modern microorganism fermentation technology . For example of soybean meal , the anti-nutritional factors in soybean meal will be decomposed after fermentation process. It improves the utilization of protein effectively and accumulate useful metabolite. Moreover, the final product has good palatability for animals . And our process improves the safety and economic benefits of aquaculture.

Inoculation And Mixing Section
Mix the meal and bacteria liquid for inoculation uniformly according to certain solid-liquid ratio to ensure the quality and stability of the fermented meal.

Fermentation Section
1. Using automatic feeding and discharging system, highly mechanization degree , saving manpower and workers workload.

Drying Section
1. In this section ,we adopt LIVE DRYING TOWER under low temperature for drying to guarantee the stability of production.
