Description
Dissolved air flotation is very widely used in treating the industrial wastewater effluents from oil refineries, petrochemical and chemical plants, natural gas processing plants, paper mills, general water treatment and similar industrial facilities. A very similar process known as induced gas flotation is also used for wastewater treatment. Froth flotation is commonly used in the processing of mineral ores.

Features
Dissolved air flotation Features :
1）Material of Mild steel , SUS304, SUS316L for optional . Can be used in wide range of water and industry wastewater treatment .
1) Dissolved air content as much as 10%
2) Diameter of the tiny bubbles 5 to 10 microns in the dissolved air
3) Surface hydraulic load: 10 ~ 15m3 / (㎡.h), 3 times higher than the ordinary DAF System ;
4) Outlet SS can be less than 5mg / l
5) Dissolved air system adopt high-efficiency jet atomization of dissolved air, efficiency up to 99%. Jet nozzle flow rate up to 15m / s, nozzle minimum diameter of 15 mm or more, no clogging, maintenance-free;
6) Releaser  device is made of plastic material, suitable for different sewage, corrosion resistance;
7) Releaser with efficient decompression,come into 5 to 10 microns of small bubbles group,no blocking, easy maintenance;
8) Excellent performance, fully automatic control, realize unattended operation
