Application:
Automatic cup filling sealing machine is widely used to the food industry, such as jelly,etc. It can loading cups, filling product into cups, sealing cups by roll film/precut film and finished output automatically. The product contact parts made of stainless steel, which is produced in strict accordance with the food industry hygiene standards; Plastic tray and odd shaped trays, can be customized as requirement
Features:
1. Control system: Omron PLC programmed control system and touch screen, intuition, stable and easy to operate.
2. Driven system: Mitsubishi servo system for indexing positioning, high accuracy and high speed.
3. High quality components: AIRTAC cylinder and solenoid value, Omron sensor and electronic components.
4. Machine material: It is made by stainless steel 304 and anodized aluminum alloy, material contact parts adopt 316SS, like valve, piston, buffering tank, filling nozzle etc.
5. Sealing material: the machine precut aluminum foil to sealing the cups, more economical and health.
6. Filling system: the filling system use piston pump that is driven by high precision cylinder which ensure accurate filling the product.
7. The machine’s filling system used the clamp-type connectors, disassemble and clean filling system speedy and convenient.
8. Special circumstances can be customized according to customer requirements.
