Magnetic drill is also named as magnetic force drill,punching machine,steel plate drill,iron plate drill,magnetic electric drill,portable magnetic drill,magnet drill and so on,it’s characterized by high efficiency,precision and convenient operation and safety,which is used on the occasion that electric hand drill and drill press are difficult to use.
Magnetic drill is by using the principle of electric-magnet to absorb the rig frame and the swing drill mechanism onto the steel plate and then drill it,it’s movable
After it’s charged,open the magnet switch,the machine gets thousands of kilograms of magnetic attraction vertically through magnetic electric principle,In this way,getting itself absorbed onto the steel plate and fix the machine,open the motor switch,the rotor in the motor will swing with a high-speed and through the transmission gears driving the shaft to rotate and then the bit will whirl ,it will drill the whole in the needed place,comparing with the fire drill,the magnetic drill is more of high precision,which belongs to physical cutting and will not produce the chemical reaction and the material deformation
Besides the traditional twist drill,there is the core drill,also named as hollow drill,with the principle of milling cutter,the hollow drill is of high efficiency,precision and good effect
